I am a licensed mental health counselor, with a Certificate in Art therapy, and a certified health coach. I work with clients of all ages from preteens through adulthood. I assist individuals to work on coping skills that can help you work through anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem, and self-worth. I enjoy working with preteens to help them on their journey through self-discovery, and peer and/or family relationships. I offer a safe space where you can talk freely about your thoughts, feelings, or ideas without being judged or mocked. As a health coach I can assist clients who are looking to not only improve their mental health but also their physical health. As a certified art practitioner I use several mediums to help clients express themselves when words don't work. You do not have to be an artist or know how to draw. there is no competition to what you do.
