I encourage clients to be introspective and think deeply about how their thoughts and emotions impact their actions and how that influences their environments. I enjoy working with people who have an understanding about what they wish to change in their lives, even if they have no idea how to do so just having an idea of what direction you want to go is the best place to start. Helping a client develop a plan that they can feel empowered by is one of my favorite aspects of this work. I strive to create a welcoming environment for my clients. A secure and safe setting where I can support you in meeting your challenges with curiosity, compassion, and understanding. I want clients to feel seen and validated in who they are in regards to their individual journeys, as such I endeavor to never make any assumptions and maintain space for you.
