As a licensed clinical social worker in both VA and MD, I specialize in working with clients across the lifespan who are feeling stuck, feeling a 'lack of joy in their lives' and/or want to make some changes where they are not happy. Using an integrative health approach, rooted in empathy, compassion and openness, it is my aim to assist you in gaining greater awareness into your situation, to become 'empowered' to act, reclaim your potential and take control where you are feeling stuck. Areas of expertise include: anxiety, depression, managing stress, life transitions and working with multicultural clients.
