I am a highly experienced psychotherapist with a broad range of training and expertise. I am a caring professional who seeks to create a therapeutic dialogue that includes self understanding and action planning in a supportive atmosphere.I work well with adults coping with anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder. Also, I have worked with individuals who have experienced sexual abuse. I have years of experience counseling college age individuals who need help managing academic demands, relationship stress and family issues. I have worked extensively with first generation college students and international students.
