I have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years, and have had the pleasure of watching many clients develop the type of lives they desire. My compassion and positive nature has assisted many in their journey to wellness. I have worked with clients dealing with various issues, including: anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-harm, relationship, eating disorders, parenting, divorce, work stress, addictions. I regularly receive training in various evidence based practices to enhance my skills to best help others.
