You may function well on the outside while struggling internally, unsure how to feel safe, grounded, or at ease again. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’ve been through, and begin moving toward relief, clarity, and a life that feels more manageable and meaningful. I help individuals heal from trauma and manage anxiety, depression, and chronic stress using a goal-focused, evidence-based approach. Therapy is structured yet compassionate, building resilience, practical coping skills, and insight. Informed by my experience as a Veteran and educator, I work collaboratively toward meaningful, lasting change.
