A person may decide to go to therapy after building up the strength and courage needed to ask for a little help, but then you are left with a big choice and the selection appears vast. One of the MOST important decisions you can make is in finding the right therapist for YOU. I have a very strong background in life and spent over 10 years working in residential treatment for addiction. That afforded me an opportunity to work with issues ranging from mood and personality disorders to early trauma. Originally, I pursued a life in the arts but now my pursuits are directed towards giving both children and adults a chance to feel better.
