Counseling isn't just a profession, it's a calling. I have been privileged to do this work for 25 years. I have a range of experience, from treating those with serious mental illnesses, people struggling with difficult life circumstances or transitions, to facilitating pre-marital counseling with a newly engaged couple. I believe anyone can benefit from having a safe, neutral space to unload their burdens. Being human is hard and we all need a place that helps lighten the load.
