It is an honor to guide individuals working through the challenges and changes in life- all within a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment. I am aware that it can be difficult to decide to seek support and important to find the right fit. I offer individual counseling for many issues, including depression, anxiety, issues of self-esteem/self-worth, communication difficulties, coping with long-term health issues, grief and loss, stress management, major life transitions, unresolved trauma and childhood physical/sexual/emotional abuse, and family of origin issues.
