It can be intimidating to start counseling, but I hope with my warm relational style, you will feel safe and comfortable as you begin your therapeutic journey. I have worked in the mental health field for 25+ years and enjoy working with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and difficult life adjustments. I also have experience in addictions, trauma, ADD/ADHD, eating disorders, couples and family work, and other presenting issues.
