I have great faith in human resilience and the natural capacity for growth and healing. My experience as a Psychologist has taught me to meet each person where s/he is and creatively support their development toward meeting challenges and living their best life. I have been fortunate in combining my work in private practice with 34 years as a university faculty member training and learning from a wide range of mental health professionals. I also have a long history of working with undergraduate/graduate students, older adults, law enforcement/first responders and military members and their partners (abroad & in CONUS)
