I specialize in supporting individuals through challenging life transitions, managing anxiety and depression, and exploring identity-related matters. My goal is to provide a safe space where you feel heard and empowered as you navigate these experiences. I work from a strengths-based perspective, helping you uncover and build on your inherent resilience and resources. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and neurodivergent-affirming, and I am committed to creating an inclusive, non-judgmental environment where all aspects of your identity are valued. Through our work together, you will learn practical skills for coping with big feelings, while also gaining an understanding of the root causes of your struggles. I use curiosity, compassion, and creativity in the therapeutic process, assisting my clients in developing a deeper understanding of themselves.
