Seeking therapy can be a daunting task. Making the choice to work on an issue, or to explore long standing thoughts or private matters that are troubling you or your family is not simple. I have worked with individuals, couples and families for many years. My experience is vast, along the way I have learned much from my clients. From new parenthood to end of life issues, substance use, relationship dilemmas, workplace issues, sexuality, isolation and more. My core belief is that each of us at various times in our lives could benefit from an objective and compassionate person to assist us in navigating life’s many challenges.
