My goal is to offer more than one way to access care with me - i offer some in person work AND telehealth. Whether in person or virtually, sessions often include working on healing from trauma, managing and decreasing a variety of symptoms like, depression, anxiety, and attentional challenges. Goals could also include increasing frustration tolerance, building self esteem, and building healthier relationships. In person sessions are most often outside with the inclusion of horses, mini donkeys, and mini goats. Telehealth counseling provides flexibility and access as you can meet from anywhere in MA or NH in a private space. I have trained and worked in the EAGALA model so i am able to draw upon a number of different models and ideas to support you in your healing.
