You’re a mother or about to be one, but it’s not quite what you expected. You feel anxious or sad and it’s getting in the way of the joy you had imagined you were going to feel in this part of your life. Therapy may be new for you and I appreciate the bravery it takes to embark on this journey. You are really busy and probably trying to figure out how you can even make time to even start therapy! I’m Robin and I specialize in helping people navigate postpartum depression and anxiety, pregnancy-related anxiety, and the emotional overwhelm that often comes with being a parent.
