I’m a licensed clinical social worker in Connecticut and a licensed independent social worker in Massachusetts, with 12 years of experience in private agency practice. I am trained and experienced in supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, impulsivity, behavioral and mood disorders, trauma, learning differences and more. My approach is compassionate, flexible, personalized, and grounded in evidence-based practices to meet the unique needs of each individual I work with. I follow an evidence-based and clinically sound approach based in cognitive behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis. I’m committed to helping people overcome barriers to independence and achieve their goals.
