I know it can be uncomfortable to start mental health treatment and I believe coming to the first appointment is significant. From the beginning, I help my clients build self-care practices into their daily lives while allowing for the opportunity to discover their strengths. My clinical interventions are aimed at helping clients better understand their thoughts and emotions and develop insights to help them navigate problems.
