Hi, I’m Robinson Perez-Pacheco, and I’m proud to be part of the My Psychiatrist team in South Miami. Over the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients at various stages of their mental health journeys. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where we can work together to navigate life’s challenges, whether you’re facing depression, anxiety, OCD, or substance abuse. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to ensure you receive individualized care that’s tailored to your specific needs. Together, we’ll work on building effective strategies to help you manage stress, overcome obstacles, and move forward in your life.
