My passion lies in helping individuals from a relational perspective and instilling hope in your journey. I believe we all have a story and the right to be heard and seen. The therapist-client relationship is integral to healing and should feel collaborative and free from judgment. I treat depression, anxiety, attachment concerns, trauma, abuse, grief and loss, life transitions, and relational issues. I feel strongly about working with clients of all sexual orientations and strive for cultural humility. I work from an eclectic lens, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapies, client-centered approaches, solution-focused interventions, and specialized grief informed techniques. These modalities help us explore your thoughts, honor your unique perspective, identify practical solutions, and process deeper emotional experiences that may be holding you back.
