My goal is to join people where they are in their journey and identify the areas they would like to move through. The process of facing pain and being overwhelmed can be daunting, but it doesn't have to be faced alone. Together we focus on finding healthy and effective strategies to address the pain and stuck points that will lead to a more fulfilling and balanced life. Goals include increasing awareness of symptoms and healthy ways to address, establishing healthy relationships and interpersonal patterns, managing emotions, and healing.
