If you are open to the possibility of change and are ready to approach your healing with a sense of curiosity, I am here to support you. I am ready to work with individuals to explore all parts of themselves — from anxiety, depression, executive functioning, neurodivergence, eating disorders, or relational/systems based trauma, to deeper existential questions in a safe space. I provide Art Therapy and/or talk therapy. Art making is not required when you work with me, but it is an invaluable tool if you are open to it!
