Hello there! I'm so glad you've found me. I see individuals of all ages for therapy, as well as couples. I believe that each person is the expert on their own life. The space in our sessions is yours to make it whatever you need it to be that day. I am more than happy to discuss anything that feels important to you, as I strive to make my therapy room a safe space for you to be your most authentic and genuine self. I believe that you are your own hero and I am here to help guide you on your journey of self-discovery. We can sit and talk, or if it feels right we can also try other therapies like art, music, games, etc.!
