With over 20 years of experience, I help clients in a person centered way. I focus in the humanistic approach of therapy, trauma informed and include practices such as Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies. I work with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, medical and religious trauma as well as navigating the complexities of relationships
