Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are, no masks, no pressure, just you. The parts of you that are hurting, hopeful, or uncertain are all welcome here. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for your story. I use a psychodynamic lens and integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), inner child work, person-centered therapy, and psychodrama to support meaningful connection and healing.
