My ideal client includes couples and individuals who are seeking therapy for a variety of reasons, including communication difficulties, relationship stress, life transitions, and emotional regulation. I am especially interested in working with intellectually and developmentally disabled adults and children who may need additional support navigating emotions, relationships, independence, and daily life challenges. These clients often need a therapist who is patient, understanding, and adaptable, someone who can meet them at their developmental and cognitive level while still honoring their autonomy and strengths.
