LIFE'S JOURNEY COUNSELING IS ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. I work with adolescents, adults and families to address a wide range of emotional and interpersonal problems such as depression, anxiety, PTSD/Trauma, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, grief and loss, and relationship issues. I collaborate with my clients to help identify those self -defeating thoughts or events that have stifled their inner growth.
