My goal and hope for any client I work with is that they leave each session with valuable takeaways while having a chance to process thoughts and emotions. I work collaboratively and actively with my clients to formulate a plan and find tools and healing that allows them to move forward. I work with clients who are trying to understand themselves, patterns, relationships and have struggled with things like anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and drinking, family, stages of life and uncertainty with the future.
