My approach is rooted in compassion, cultural sensitivity and a holistic understanding of who you are, honoring your pace and your story. Since 2007, I've had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, Women and older adults navigating a range of challenges including: Parent Training, Anxiety, Depression, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Grief/Loss, Adjustment Disorder (due to moving or changing schools/employment/life stages and Gifted/High Achievers (perfectionism).
