Psychotherapy provides an opportunity for several things, including: relief from symptoms of depression, anxiety,and stress; healing from past and present hurts and abuses; and personal growth and change. I work with difficulties that people experience currently, as well as issues that have their origins in the past, but continue to influence one's experiences. I work so that the therapy session is a safe place for you to express yourself, including things that are difficult and troubling, as well as a place for greater self understanding and for learning the skills that will lead to change and greater happiness for you.
