Life can be daunting. There's a lot going on in the world. Stress and pain can affect us all. No matter where you feel you are in life, it’s never too late to work on your goals and to grow past what may hold you back. Therapy is “you-time”. It’s a space where you can be yourself, where your boundaries are respected and cultivated, where we can go at your unique pace. I’ll make sure to walk beside you and to meet you where you're at, as you embark on your healing journey. We can take it one step, one feeling and memory at a time. I'll make sure you'll feel safe, and we don't go too fast. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression work, among others. Having lived and worked in Asia, I learned a lot about mindfulness and meditation, which can also be blended with western therapeutic techniques. I offer a variety of treatment modalities to help you reach your treatment goals. Psychotherapy is often about restoring your inner balance.
