Sometimes we have learned dysfunctional thought processes from the experiences life has provided us. Having a trusted professional to help us sift through our beliefs and thoughts in a non judgmental way can provide us with a different perspective, can enables us to make the changes that we already know we need to make, but have been unable to make happen.
