I am here because I have been there. I want to pay what I have learned forward to you. I believe that educational experience, when coupled with life experience, breeds empathy without judgment. I needed more than anything to ensure all my pain was not in vain. So, I have over nine years of education in psychology and counseling, specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, stress, ADHD, and Alcohol and Drug Counseling.
