Deciding to enter therapy can be difficult for some individuals. Sometimes dealing with feelings of depression, anxiety or life's transitions can be overwhelming. When entering a counseling relationship with me I will provide a safe, caring and confidential environment to explore these feelings. It is my goal to build strong minds and strong lives by helping my clients increase their awareness, which will foster new growth and thereby transform their lives. I encourage and teach people how to operate out of their strengths and to make positive changes in their lives.
