I have over thirty years of experience in the social work and mental health profession, I am trained to treat adults with psychiatric and substance abuse disorders with a focus on helping clients in recovery. We will begin with where the client is, developing initial goals and provide an integrated approach to psychotherapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness, emotional and self-regulation skills.
