Our human experience is to face ease and hardship throughout our lives, with the ebb and flow of anxiety and calm, depression and joy, grief and comfort. Sometimes we can feel stuck, in ourselves and in our relationships. It is through compassionate yet oftentimes difficult introspection that we better understand the essence of who we are. It is from this place of self-awareness that we are able to learn, grow, and practice intentional, purposeful, mindful ways of being with ourselves and with others.
