My caseload includes children, young adults, parents of neurodivergent children, pregnant women, and women adjusting to significant life changes. I have experience supporting clients with postpartum depression and anxiety, generalized and separation anxiety, grief and loss, attachment wounds and inner child work, stress management, and trauma. My work is grounded in a person-centered approach. With children, I primarily use Adlerian Play Therapy and TF-CBT. With adults, I provide trauma-informed counseling informed by CBT, narrative therapy, and mindfulness (MBSR). For creative clients, I incorporate writing prompts, movement, dance, and other expressive and somatic modalities.
