I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in private practice with over 25 years of experience, providing support and skill development to couples, families, individuals, and teens, at least 14 years of age. I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort and should occur in a safe, trusting environment to help explore beliefs, thoughts, feelings and behaviors that may be getting in the way of your ability to develop and maintaining peace of mind and being more at ease.
