I work with adolescents, adults, individuals and couples addressing mental health, trauma, relationship, and substance abuse issues. I have experience working with people from many different religions, cultural backgrounds, and sexual and gender orientations. My job is to create a peaceful and trusting alliance with my clients to allow them to explore their own strength and abilities. You'll probably find yourself looking forward to coming to therapy if no other reason than enjoying an hour of calm and meaningful introspection. But be prepared to leave the room with a lot to chew on for the week!
