I do have openings. It takes an act of courage to come into counseling. l look to provide clients a place to work through concerns without being judged. I believe counseling is a partnership and look to help clients who feel like their coping skills are no longer working. I help individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship distress and addiction. I work with parents to develop healthy parenting skills through attachment theory. I work with couples and families to work through distress. I recognize that the client is the true expert in their own life and empower the individual. I help clients feel whole again
