Hi, I am Roni Bowman, LCSW. I work with individuals who are struggling with depression and anxiety. I work with individuals from age 18 up. I have worked in mental health hospitals, outpatient clinics and in the correctional setting. I have 20 plus years of experience with helping individuals make changes to their lives. I believe that therapy is a chance for individuals to explore their feelings and past experiences to help make better life choices in the future. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I use a very realistic approach to life and strive to help individuals change harmful patterns and behaviors. I believe therapy is a safe place to make positive changes that will lead to a healthier life.
