I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who enjoys working with adults, providing counseling services to individuals who want to explore and improve their current level of functioning. Most of my clients have had issues with depression, grief and loss, difficulty recovering from traumatic life events, anxiety and panic, stress management, anger management, low self esteem, substance abuse, and self harming behavior.
