It's easy to find yourself doing too much, saying "yes" when you need to say "no", feeling overwhelmed, and taking care of everything except yourself. I work with professionals seeking support with anxiety, grief/loss, life transitions and stressors. Your busy schedule should not be a barrier to accessing therapeutic intervention. I offer flexible scheduling 7 days/week via telehealth! Consistently for 20 years, I've partnered with people facing a myriad of crises. I utilize a trauma informed approach with a variety of modalities including CBT, solution focused, somatic strategies and mindfulness techniques. As an Advanced Palliative and Hospice Social Worker, I am also skilled in supporting chronically ill patients and their caregivers.
