I enjoy working with clients who struggling with depression, anxiety, anger control and military personal transitioning from active duty and returning to civilian life. I specifically assist clients in making healthy life choices, eliminate their fears about uncertainty in life. Clients want to be symptoms free, and everyone wants to be well. I assist clients in their ability to think their situation threw, teach and assist clients to increase their own resources that can be utilized in several situations going forward in their life. I help my clients to explore their core beliefs about their current situation, their future and how they view themself. I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focus interventions to help them increase their personal ability to think in a wellness perspective. Over the years I have seen that this help individuals build their resilience.
