I have worked in the field of Counseling for 30 years, almost 20 of those with my LPC. I am a Christian and believe that helps me reach out to everyone I have worked with including troubled teenagers, Federal Bureau of Prison inmates, Buddhist and Muslims. I am certified in Reality Therapy and practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in general. I do believe that being Spiritual helps us all to deal with the problems and triumphs of our lives as we see the significance of the small and the great in every minute.
