While serving as a social work professor and then counseling students at a small Christian university, I quickly discovered my passion for helping young adult women navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, struggles with understanding their immense value and the transition to adulthood. Many young women experience uncertainty as they are exploring who they have been, who they are, and who they are becoming.
