Stepping into therapy can feel daunting and confusing. It can also feel supportive and hopeful. My hope is to meet you somewhere along that spectrum so you can feel seen, grounded, and empowered to explore the places where disconnection, hurt, or repeating patterns have taken hold. Together, we’ll gently examine and untangle these patterns so there’s room for new ways of relating to yourself, others, and the world. My therapeutic style is client-centered and holistic, honoring the full context of your lived experience. I work from an attachment-based, trauma-informed lens and am EMDR-trained.
