With five years of diverse clinical experience in the mental health field, I bring a compassionate, developmentally attuned approach to supporting adult women, 55+ adults, children and families. These experiences have equipped me with a deep understanding of complex emotional and behavioral needs across the lifespan. Over time, I have cultivated a strong passion for working with children—particularly those living with autism. I incorporate play therapy concepts and developmentally appropriate interventions to meet each child where they are. Through creative, child-centered techniques, I help clients build emotional regulation skills, strengthen social communication, and feel understood within a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. My work is rooted in collaboration with families, honoring their unique experiences while helping them navigate the nuances of neurodiversity and life.
