As a licensed clinical psychologist, I work with adults (18+) who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and interpersonal conflict. While therapy is highly individualized, I aim to offer a reflective and confidential space where you may understand your experience, recognize influences, and explore the ways in which you relate to yourself and others. My therapeutic approach is informed by relational psychoanalytic theory and aims to support your ability to identify and modulate emotional states, recognize interpersonal and behavioral patterns, and develop more effective coping skills.
