My priority as a therapist is to create a welcoming, professional, and supportive relationship where your unique needs are at the center of our work together. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, life stress, and the impact of trauma. I enjoy clients that are open to dialogue, willing to think outside the box, and open to learn different coping techniques. Therapy can be done in English or Spanish, creating space for you to express yourself fully in the language where you feel most comfortable.
