I have over 30 years of experience as a therapist working with clients who struggle with trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship issues, and grief and loss. As an interpersonal and relational therapist, I view the relationship between client and therapist as integral in gaining a deep understanding of clients’ emotional experiences. By exploring important insights, this approach establishes a healing connection and allows the client to break repetitive, intergenerational patterns. I work to create an environment which helps to foster agency as well as the ability to work towards change.
